Bread slices Mixed veggies (like potatoes, carrots, peas) Spices Oil Salt Onion
Boil and mash potatoes. Sauté mixed veggies with spices like cumin, turmeric, and garam masala. Mash them together and let it cool.
Trim the edges of the bread slices, then dip each slice in water and gently press out the excess moisture. Flatten them with a rolling pin.
Spoon the veggie mixture onto the bread slice, then roll it tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
