This Kadai Paneer Will Spice Up Your Mealtime

Kadai Paneer is a rich and spicy curry made with paneer (cottage cheese) cooked in a fragrant, tangy gravy. A perfect choice for any occasion!

 Ingredients for Kadai Paneer

Paneer Onions  Tomatoes  Bell peppers Ginger Garlic Cumin Coriander powder Garam masala Red chili powder

Cook the Base Gravy

Start by heating oil in a pan. Sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden, then add chopped tomatoes. Let them cook down before adding the spices for a rich flavor.

Step 1

Add Paneer and Veggies

Add cubed paneer and bell peppers to the gravy. Stir gently to coat them in the flavorful sauce and cook for a few minutes to let the flavors blend together.

Step 2

Simmer and Adjust Consistency

Allow the Kadai Paneer to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add a little water if the gravy gets too thick. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

Step 3

Serve Your Kadai Paneer Hot!

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a pinch of kasuri methi. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice for a satisfying meal everyone will love!
