 Ingredients for Paneer Pakora Recipe

Paneer Besan (gram flour) Red chili Turmeric Ajwain Coriander Salt Baking soda Water Oil for frying

Make the Batter

Mix besan with spices, salt, ajwain & water to form a thick, smooth batter. Add a pinch of baking soda for fluffiness.

Step 1

Dip & Coat

Dip paneer cubes into the batter. Make sure each piece is well-coated for a crisp finish.

Step 2

Fry Until Golden

Drop coated paneer into hot oil. Fry on medium heat until golden brown & crunchy on the outside.

Step 3

Serve & Enjoy!

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Perfect for evening snacks or parties – crispy Paneer Pakoras made easy!
