Cooked rice Ripe tomatoes Onion Green chilies Mustard seeds Curry leaves Ginger-garlic paste Turmeric Chili powder Garam masala
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and onions. Sauté until onions turn golden.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add cooked rice to the tomato mixture. Toss gently so the rice absorbs all the flavors evenly.
