Rava (semolina) Curd Veggies (onion, carrot, capsicum) Mustard seeds Curry leaves Salt & water Eno fruit salt or baking soda
In a bowl, mix rava, curd, salt, water, and chopped veggies. Let it rest for 10–15 mins. Just before cooking, add Enoto make the batter fluffy.
Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, add chopped curry leaves & green chilies. Mix this tempering into the batter for extra flavor!
Grease the appe pan, pour batter in each mould. Cook on low-medium flame, flipping to ensure both sides are golden brown.
Serve your hot Rava Appes with coconut chutney or sambar. Perfect for breakfast, lunchbox, or evening snack!
