Make your snack time exciting with these crunchy and flavorful Poha Cutlets— easy to prepare and loved by all ages!

Poha (flattened rice) Boiled potatoes Onion Green chilies Coriander Spices (garam masala, red chili) Salt, and bread crumbs
Wash and soak poha for 3–4 minutes. Drain well and ensure it's soft but not mushy.
In a bowl, mash potatoes, add soaked poha, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, spices, and salt. Mix to form a smooth dough.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets. Coat with bread crumbs for extra crunch.
Shallow fry or air fry the cutlets on medium heat until both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Perfect for tea-time, tiffins, or as a quick party snack!
