Try this nutritious and delicious Palak Paneer Roll — packed with flavor and perfect for lunch, snacks, or tiffin!

Palak (spinach) Paneer (cottage cheese) Onion Garlic Chili Whole wheat flour Spices Oil
Blanch spinach and blend into a puree. Mix with whole wheat flour, salt, and spices. Knead into a soft green dough and roll into rotis.
Sauté onion, garlic, green chili, and spices. Add crumbled paneer and cook until well combined and flavorful.
Place paneer filling on the palak roti, add some onions or chutney if desired, roll it tightly, and toast slightly for a crispy finish.
Serve warm with mint chutney or ketchup. Healthy, protein-rich, and perfect for on-the-go meals!
