Moong sprouts Onion Tomato Cucumber Green chilies Lemon juice Coriander Chaat masala Salt
Lightly steam or boil moong sprouts for 5 minutes until tender but firm. Let them cool completely before mixing.
In a bowl, combine sprouts with chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, and coriander for crunch and freshness.
Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Mix everything gently to coat evenly.
