Try this nutritious twist on a festive classic! Ragi Chakli is a crunchy, wholesome snack made with finger millet flour.

Ragi flour Rice flour Sesame seeds Cumin seeds Red chili powder Salt Butter or ghee Water
Mix ragi and rice flour with spices, sesame, salt, and melted butter. Add water gradually and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.

Fill the dough into a chakli maker. Press and shape into spirals on parchment or a clean surface. Keep them uniform in size.

Heat oil and fry the chaklis on medium heat until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
