Try this vibrant and healthy Beetroot Aloo Tikki – a perfect snack that’s packed with flavor, crunch, and nutrients!

Boiled potatoes Grated beetroot Green chili Ginger Chaat masala Cumin powder Salt Bread crumbs Oil
Mash boiled potatoes and mix with grated beetroot, spices, green chili, and ginger. Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape into round, flat tikkis. Keep size even for uniform cooking.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until both sides are golden and crispy. Drain on tissue to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with green chutney or yogurt dip. Great for tea-time snacks, lunchboxes, or party starters!
