A quick, healthy, and delicious salad made with chickpeas, veggies, and Indian spices. Ready in 10 minutes!

Boiled chana (chickpeas) Onion Tomato Cucumber Green chili (optional) Lemon juice Salt Chaat masala Coriander
Soak chana overnight & boil until soft. Or use canned chickpeas – rinse & drain before use.
In a bowl, combine boiled chana with onion, tomato, cucumber & green chili. Mix well.
Add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, and freshly chopped coriander. Toss everything together.
Perfect as a light lunch, evening snack, or side dish. Fresh, filling & full of flavor!
