 Ingredients for Carrot Salad

Grated carrots Lemon juice Olive oil Green chili (optional) Salt & pepper Fresh coriander Roasted peanuts Sesame seeds

Grate the Carrots

Wash, peel, and grate the carrots. Use fresh, firm carrots for best crunch!

Step 1

Toss with Spices & Juice

Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and green chili. Mix well to coat evenly.

Step 2

Add Garnish

Sprinkle fresh coriander, roasted peanuts, or sesame seeds. Adds great texture!

Step 3

Serve & Enjoy!

Serve chilled or fresh. A vibrant, low-calorie dish full of nutrients & flavor.
