A refreshing salad packed with nutrients, flavor, and crunch – ready in minutes!

Boiled beets (grated or diced) Onion Carrot (optional) Lemon juice Salt & pepper Fresh coriander Mint
Boil beets until soft, then peel and grate or dice them. Let them cool before mixing.
In a bowl, combine beetroot, onion, carrot, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
Drizzle lemon juice, garnish with fresh coriander or mint. Add a pinch of chaat masala if desired!
Serve chilled or fresh. Perfect as a detox salad, side dish, or healthy snack!
