A spicy, tangy Indian snack made with potatoes & chickpeas. Quick, tasty, and full of flavor!

 Ingredients for Aloo Chana Chaat

Boiled chickpeas (chana) Boiled potato Onion Tomato Green chili Coriander Chaat masala Salt Lemon juice Tamarind chutney

Boil & Chop

Boil chickpeas and potatoes. Cube the potatoes, and finely chop onion, tomato, and chili.

Step 1

Mix It All Together

In a large bowl, add chickpeas, potatoes, onion, tomato, and green chili. Mix well.

Step 2

Add Flavors & Toss

Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and lemon juice. Add chutney if you like. Toss everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Serve & Enjoy!

Garnish with coriander. Serve fresh as a snack or starter — spicy, tangy & totally satisfying!
