Sprouted moong Cucumber Tomato Lemon Chili Coriander Salt & pepper
Lightly steam moong sprouts or keep them raw for extra crunch.
Finely chop cucumber, tomato, chili, and coriander; add to sprouts.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix everything thoroughly.
