A colorful, comforting soup packed with antioxidants and flavor!

Shredded chicken Onion Garlic cloves Vegetable stock Salt Black pepper Olive oil
Heat olive oil, sauté chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add chopped beetroot, pour in stock, and simmer until the beets are tender.
Blend the mixture until creamy, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into bowls and garnish with cream, herbs, or croutons. Serve hot!
