A comforting Indian-style lentil soup packed with flavor and goodness!

Yellow moong dal Garlic Ginger Green chili Tomato Cumin Turmeric Ghee Coriander Salt Water
Pressure cook dal with turmeric, salt, tomato, and water until soft.
Blend the cooked dal until smooth and strain if needed.
Heat ghee, sauté cumin, garlic, ginger & green chili, then pour into the soup.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with lemon or bread!
