Flour Mixed veggies (cabbage, carrots) Garlic Ginger Soy sauce Salt Oil Water
Knead a soft dough using flour, water, and a pinch of salt—rest it for 20 minutes.
Sauté garlic, ginger, cabbage, and carrots with soy sauce for a flavorful stuffing.
Roll out dough circles, add filling, fold into pleated dumpling shapes.
Steam momos in a greased steamer for 10–12 minutes until translucent.
Serve hot with spicy red chutney or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
