Sprouts Onions Tomatoes Garlic Ginger Spices Pav buns Farsan Lemon Coriander
Soak moth beans or mixed sprouts overnight.
Pressure cook sprouts until soft and tender.
Cook chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili until golden.
Mix in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, and goda masala powder.
Add cooked sprouts and tamarind paste to the masala base.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Toast pav buns in butter until golden and crisp.
Top misal with farsan, chopped onions, coriander, and lemon wedges. Enjoy hot!
