Carrots Milk Sugar Ghee Cardamom Dry fruits
Wash, peel, and grate 4–5 medium-sized carrots.
Add grated carrots to 2 cups of milk and simmer on low flame.
Cook until milk is absorbed and carrots turn soft.
Mix in sugar and cardamom powder; stir well.
Pour in ghee, roast some cashews/raisins, and mix together.
Serve warm or chilled – rich, flavorful, and festive!
