Boiled Potatoes Grated Cauliflower Wheat flour Green chilies Ginger Spices
Knead soft dough using whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water.
Mix aloo, gobi, green chili, ginger, salt, ajwain, and garam masala.
Roll dough into a small circle, add filling, and seal the edges.
Flatten gently into a thick stuffed paratha without spilling the filling.
Roast both sides on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown and crispy.
