Palak Paneer Bhurji is a flavorful and nutritious twist on the traditional paneer dish, combining scrambled paneer with spinach for a wholesome, green-packed meal!
Paneer Fresh spinach (palak) Onions Tomatoes Ginger Garlic Cumin Turmeric Garam masala Red chili powder
Start by blanching the spinach in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Drain and blend into a smooth puree. Set aside for later use in the bhurji.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden, then add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add your spices to build a rich base.
Add the spinach puree and crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well to combine and cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally, letting the flavors blend beautifully.
Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon. Serve your Palak Paneer Bhurji with hot rotis, parathas, or rice for a delicious and healthy meal!
