Paneer Fresh cream & hung curd Ginger-garlic paste Green chili Cardamom White pepper Kasuri methi Lemon juice Cheese (optional)
Mix cream, curd, spices & herbs into a smooth marinade. Coat paneer cubes generously & refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Skewer the marinated paneer with onions & capsicum. Grill or air-fry until golden edges and smoky flavor appear.
Brush with melted butter & sprinkle lemon juice. Add chaat masala for a zingy finish!
