Cabbage (green or purple) Grated carrot Cucumber Lemon juice Salt & pepper Olive oil Mustard Peanuts Sesame seeds
Finely shred cabbage, grate carrot, and chop cucumber. Keep it fresh and colorful!
In a large bowl, add all veggies. Mix gently to keep the texture crisp.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a dash of olive oil or mustard dressing. Toss well.
Top with roasted peanuts or sesame seeds for crunch. Enjoy chilled or fresh anytime!
