A spicy, crispy, and flavorful South Indian appetizer made with marinated paneer cubes, deep-fried to golden perfection. A vegetarian twist on the famous Chicken 65!

Paneer cubes Yogurt Cornflour Rice flour Ginger-garlic paste Red chili powder Curry leaves Green chilies Lemon juice
Mix yogurt, spices, and flours into a thick paste. Coat paneer cubes evenly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
Heat oil and fry the marinated paneer until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels to keep it crunchy and light.
Sauté curry leaves, garlic, and green chilies in oil. Toss the fried paneer into this aromatic tempering for that authentic restaurant-style finish.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings. Perfect for parties, snacks, or as a starter before a hearty Indian meal!
