Rice Mixed dals Curd Grated bottle gourd Carrot Ginger Green chili Turmeric Salt Eno and spices
Soak rice and dals for 4–5 hrs. Grind with curd into a thick batter. Ferment overnight or at least 6 hours.
Add grated veggies, chili-ginger paste, turmeric, salt, and Eno. Mix well for a fluffy, nutritious batter.
Pour batter into a greased pan. Add tempering on top and cook covered on low flame or bake at 180°C until crisp and golden.
Cut into slices and enjoy with green chutney or ketchup. Crispy outside, soft inside — perfect for breakfast or evening snacks!
