Paneer Boiled potatoes Cornflour Salt Chili Garam masala Chopped nuts
Mix ingredients, shape into balls, and stuff with nuts if desired. Deep fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Tomatoes Onion Ginger-garlic paste Cashews Cream Turmeric Chili powder Garam Masala
Sauté onions and paste, add pureed tomatoes and spices. Blend in soaked cashews and finish with fresh cream. Simmer until thick.
Add fried koftas to the hot gravy just before serving. Let them soak briefly to stay soft yet flavorful.
Top with fresh cream and coriander. Serve hot with naan, paratha, or jeera rice for a luxurious Indian meal!
