Give your classic dhokla a tasty twist! Try this Dhokla Sandwich — layered with chutney and spices, perfect for snacks or parties.

Besan (gram flour) Curd Eno Sugar Lemon juice Green chutney Mustard seeds Curry leaves Green chilies
Mix besan, curd, water, lemon juice, salt, and Eno into a smooth, pouring batter. Steam until spongy and cooked through.
Slice the dhokla into halves. Spread green chutney on one layer and sandwich it with another piece of steamed dhokla.
Prepare tadka with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. Pour it over the sandwich for added taste and aroma.
Cut into squares and serve with extra chutney. Perfect for tea-time, kids’ snacks, or even festive gatherings!
