Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté onions till golden, then add ginger-garlic paste. Cook till the raw smell goes away—this builds the dish’s bold base flavor.
Pour in tomato puree. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt, and garam masala. Cook till oil separates—it’s all about deep, rich flavor!
Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and a dash of vinegar or lemon juice. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until everything is coated and sizzling!
