 Ingredients for Paneer Jalfrezi Recipe

Paneer Onion Capsicum Tomatoes Ginger-garlic paste Cumin Turmeric Garam Masala Red Chili Oil Salt to taste

Sauté the Base

Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté onions till golden, then add ginger-garlic paste. Cook till the raw smell goes away—this builds the dish’s bold base flavor.

Add Tomatoes & Spices

Pour in tomato puree. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt, and garam masala. Cook till oil separates—it’s all about deep, rich flavor!

Toss in Paneer & Veggies

Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and a dash of vinegar or lemon juice. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until everything is coated and sizzling!

Serve It Hot!
