 Ingredients for Shahi Paneer Masala

Paneer cubes Tomatoes Onions Fresh cream Yogurt Garam masala Turmeric Cumin Cashews Melon seeds

Make the Shahi Gravy

Sauté onions, tomatoes, cashews, and melon seeds. Blend into a smooth paste, then cook with spices and cream for a rich base.

Step 1

Add Paneer to the Gravy

Add the soft paneer cubes to the creamy gravy. Simmer gently to let the paneer soak in all the royal flavors.

Step 2

Stir in Yogurt & Cream

Add yogurt and fresh cream for a velvety texture. Mix gently and let it cook until thickened and flavorful.

Step 3

Final Touches & Garnish

Finish with a sprinkle of garam masala and a few coriander leaves. Add a touch of saffron for extra richness and color.
