Rajgira flour Boiled potatoes Sendha namak (rock salt) Green chili Ginger Ghee Cumin
Mash potatoes and mix with Rajgira flour, chopped chilies, grated ginger, and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment or use a rolling pin with light hands. Keep it medium-thick to avoid breaking.
Heat a tawa, cook the thepla with ghee on both sides until golden spots appear. Crisp outside, soft inside!
Perfect for Navratri or Ekadashi fasting. Serve with curd or peanut chutney and enjoy a wholesome, sattvic meal!
