A fragrant rice dish packed with soft paneer, spices, and flavor! Let’s make an easy one-pot Paneer Pulao at home.

Paneer cubes Basmati rice (soaked) Onion Ginger-garlic paste Cumin Bay leaf Cloves Peas Carrot Bell pepper Ghee or oil Salt Garam masala
Sauté paneer cubes in ghee till golden. Set aside to keep them soft yet flavorful.
In the same pan, sauté whole spices in ghee. Add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and cook until golden brown.
Add soaked rice, chopped veggies (if using), and salt. Mix gently, then add water in a 1:2 rice-to-water ratio.
Add the fried paneer cubes and garam masala. Cover and simmer until the rice is perfectly cooked and fluffy.
Fluff the pulao, garnish with coriander and lemon wedges. Serve with raita, papad, or plain curd for a complete meal.
