Garlic Ginger Onion Cabbage Carrot Capsicum Soy sauce Vinegar Cornflour Pepper & fried noodles
Sauté garlic, ginger, and onions in oil until fragrant.
Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum; stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, water, and cornflour slurry; cook until thickened.
Serve hot and top with crispy fried noodles for that perfect crunch!
