 Ingredients for Gulab Jamun

Khoya Milk powder Maida Baking soda Milk Sugar Cardamom Rose water

Make the Dough

Mix khoya, maida, and baking soda with milk to form a smooth soft dough.

Step 1

Shape the Balls

Roll small smooth balls with no cracks to ensure even frying.

Step 2

Prepare Sugar Syrup

Boil sugar, water, cardamom & rose water for 8–10 mins till slightly sticky.

Step 3

Fry the Jamuns

Fry on low-medium heat till golden brown and evenly cooked.

Step 4

Soak in Syrup

Add hot jamuns to warm syrup and let them soak for at least 1 hour.

Step 5

Enjoy Your Gulab Jamun!

Serve warm or chilled – soft, juicy and full of flavor!
