Learn how to make crispy and delicious Kuttu Ki Tikki — a healthy snack ideal for vrat (fasting) days!

Kuttu (buckwheat) flour Boiled potatoes Sendha namak (rock salt) Green chili Cumin Coriander Ghee or oil
Mash boiled potatoes and mix with kuttu flour, spices, green chili, and coriander. Knead into a soft dough—no water needed!
Divide the dough into small portions and flatten into round tikkis. Keep them even for perfect cooking.
Heat ghee/oil on tawa. Cook tikkis on medium flame until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Perfect with fasting chutney or curd. Crispy outside, soft inside — a wholesome vrat snack!
