Sauté chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes until soft.
Mix in turmeric, chili, chole masala, and boiled chickpeas.
Let the Chole simmer for 20–30 mins for a thick, flavorful curry.
Knead a soft dough and rest it for 3–4 hours to ferment.
Roll out dough into round shapes—not too thick or thin.
Deep fry until Bhature puff up and turn golden brown.
Serve hot Bhature with spicy Chole, onions, and tangy pickle!
