 Ingredients for Chole

Chickpeas Onion Tomato Garlic Ginger Spices

Prep the Masala Base

Sauté chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes until soft.

Mix in turmeric, chili, chole masala, and boiled chickpeas.

Step 2

Simmer for Flavor

Let the Chole simmer for 20–30 mins for a thick, flavorful curry.

Bhature Dough Ingredients

Maida Yogurt Salt Sugar Baking soda Oil

Make & Rest the Dough

Knead a soft dough and rest it for 3–4 hours to ferment.

Step 5

Roll Perfect Bhature

Roll out dough into round shapes—not too thick or thin.

Step 6

Fry to Golden Perfection

Deep fry until Bhature puff up and turn golden brown.
