 Ingredients for Masala Khakhra Recipe

Wheat flour Gram flour (besan) Chili powder Turmeric Ajwain Sesame seeds Salt Oil and water

Make the Dough

Mix flours, spices, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Rest for 15 minutes.

Roll Thin Khakhras

Divide dough into small balls. Roll each ball into thin, even circles for perfect crispiness.

Step 2

Roast on Tawa

Roast the rolled discs on a hot tawa, flipping and pressing gently until golden and crisp.
