Dry roast rolled oats in a pan until crisp and slightly golden. Keep stirring to avoid burning. Set aside.
In oil, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, peanuts, and roasted chana. Sauté until crispy and aromatic.
Add roasted oats to the tempering. Sprinkle turmeric and salt. Toss everything gently to coat oats with flavor.
Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container. A perfect tea-time snack that’s healthy and homemade!
