 Ingredients for Oats Chivda

Rolled oats Peanuts Roasted chana dal Curry leaves Green chilies Mustard seeds Turmeric Salt Oil Dry fruits

Roast the Oats

Dry roast rolled oats in a pan until crisp and slightly golden. Keep stirring to avoid burning. Set aside.

Step 1

Prepare the Tadka

In oil, add mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, peanuts, and roasted chana. Sauté until crispy and aromatic.

Step 2

Mix Everything Together

Add roasted oats to the tempering. Sprinkle turmeric and salt. Toss everything gently to coat oats with flavor.

Step 3

Cool & Store

Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container. A perfect tea-time snack that’s healthy and homemade!
