Spinach (Palak) Besan (gram flour) Green chilies Onions Ajwain Spices Oil
Wash spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. This ensures even mixing and crispier pakoras.
Combine chopped spinach, gram flour, onions, green chilies, carom seeds, salt, and a dash of water. Mix into a thick, sticky batter.
Heat oil, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, and fry on medium flame until golden brown and crunchy.
