Paneer cubes Yogurt Cream Tomato purée Onion Garlic Ginger Garam masala Turmeric Red chili Kasuri methi Lemon Butter
Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice & ginger-garlic paste. Coat paneer and rest for 30 mins to absorb flavors.
Grill marinated paneer in an oven, air fryer, or pan. Get a nice golden, charred edge for that tikka magic!
Sauté onions, add tomato purée & spices. Cook until thick, then stir in cream and kasuri methi.
Mix grilled paneer into the hot gravy. Simmer gently for a few minutes to let flavors blend.
Garnish with cream and coriander. Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice for a rich, flavorful meal.
