Craving a flavorful appetizer? Make this smoky, spicy Paneer Tikka at home with just a few ingredients!

Paneer cubes Yogurt Red chili powder Turmeric Garam masala Lemon juice Ginger-garlic paste Skewers Coriander
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and ginger-garlic paste. Coat paneer cubes well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Thread the marinated paneer onto skewers. Add veggies like bell peppers & onions for extra flavor.
Grill the skewers in an oven, air fryer, or on a stovetop grill. Cook until golden brown and slightly charred for that smoky flavor.
Brush hot paneer tikka with melted butter for a rich finish. Sprinkle some chaat masala or lemon juice for extra zest!
Garnish with coriander, serve with mint chutney and onion rings. Enjoy your smoky, spicy Paneer Tikka with friends and family!
