Boil potatoes until soft, peel, and mash them well.
Mix mashed potatoes with chopped green chilies, ginger, garlic, and spices.
Mix chickpea flour, water, salt, and turmeric into a smooth batter.
Shape potato mix into balls and dip them into the chickpea batter.
Fry the batter-coated balls until crispy and golden brown.
