 Ingredients for Vada Pav

Potatoes Green chilies Ginger Garlic Chickpea flour Spices Buns Oil

Boil & Mash Potatoes

Boil potatoes until soft, peel, and mash them well.

Step 1

Prepare Spiced Potato Mix

Mix mashed potatoes with chopped green chilies, ginger, garlic, and spices.

Step 2

Make Chickpea Batter

Mix chickpea flour, water, salt, and turmeric into a smooth batter.

Step 3

Shape & Dip

Shape potato mix into balls and dip them into the chickpea batter.

Step 4

Deep Fry the Vadas

Fry the batter-coated balls until crispy and golden brown.
