Learn how to make classic Rajma Rice – a delicious combination of kidney beans in spicy gravy served with rice!

Rajma (kidney beans) Basmati rice Onions Tomatoes Green chilies Ginger-garlic paste Cumin Garam masala Chili powder Ghee or oil
Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook with salt until soft and tender. This is the base of your curry.
Cook rice separately until long and fluffy. Set aside to pair with your spicy rajma curry.
Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. Add spices. Stir in cooked rajma and simmer to blend flavors.
Simmer rajma curry on low heat for 10–15 mins until thick and flavorful. Stir in some garam masala.
Serve hot rajma curry over steamed rice. Pair with onions or curd for the ultimate comfort meal!
