A bold Indo-Chinese soup with chicken, veggies, and crispy noodles!

Shredded chicken Garlic Ginger Onion Mixed veggies (carrot, cabbage, capsicum) Soy sauce Vinegar Pepper Cornflour Chicken stock & fried noodles
Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion in oil until golden and fragrant.
Add chopped vegetables and shredded chicken; stir-fry briefly.
Add chicken stock, sauces, and cornflour slurry; cook until slightly thick.
Serve hot, garnished with crispy noodles and spring onions. Spicy & satisfying!
