 Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Paratha

Boiled Potatoes Grated Cauliflower Wheat flour Green chilies Ginger Spices

Make the Dough

Knead soft dough using whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water.

Step 1

Prepare the Filling

Mix aloo, gobi, green chili, ginger, salt, ajwain, and garam masala.

Step 2

Roll & Stuff

Roll dough into a small circle, add filling, and seal the edges.

Step 3

Roll It Out Again

Flatten gently into a thick stuffed paratha without spilling the filling.

Step 4

Cook on Tawa

Roast both sides on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5

Serve & Enjoy!

Pair with curd, pickle, or butter—your perfect Punjabi breakfast is ready!
