Strawberries Banana Greek yogurt Milk Fresh berries Banana slices Chia seeds Granola Coconut flakes

Blend It Thick & Smooth

I Add frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt & milk to a blender. Blend until thick & creamy – not runny! Use a tamper or pause to scrape sides if needed.
