This smooth and nourishing soup is perfect for a light lunch or cozy dinner.

Carrots (peeled & chopped Onion Garlic cloves Vegetable Salt Black pepper Olive oil
Heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft and aromatic.
Add chopped carrots and broth, then simmer until the carrots are tender.
Puree the mixture until creamy, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with a drizzle of cream or fresh herbs on top.
