Learn how to make delicious and aromatic Vegetable Biryani – a one-pot wonder bursting with flavor!

Basmati rice Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potatoes) Onion Tomato Yogurt Ginger-garlic paste Biryani masala Whole spices Mint Coriander Saffron
Soak basmati rice for 20–30 mins. Cook until 80% done. Drain and set aside to cool.
In oil or ghee, sauté whole spices, then add chopped vegetables and cook till just tender.
Add onions, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, yogurt, and biryani masala. Cook until the masala is thick and aromatic.
In a deep pot, layer rice and masala. Sprinkle mint, coriander, and saffron milk between layers.
Fluff gently and serve hot with raita or salad. A wholesome meal that’s full of flavor and aroma!
