Matar Paratha, a delicious Indian flatbread stuffed with spiced green peas, is a popular breakfast or snack in many households. Let’s dive into how to make this tasty treat!

Mash boiled green peas with finely chopped ginger, green chilies, cumin, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to create the flavorful filling.
Mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes for soft parathas.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a small disc, place a spoonful of the matar mixture in the center, and seal it. Roll it out gently to form a flatbread.
Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on medium heat, applying oil or ghee on both sides until golden and crispy.
Serve your hot Matar Paratha with a dollop of curd, pickle, or a refreshing mint chutney for an irresistible meal.
