Kadai Paneer is a rich and spicy curry made with paneer (cottage cheese) cooked in a fragrant, tangy gravy. A perfect choice for any occasion!

Start by heating oil in a pan. Sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden, then add chopped tomatoes. Let them cook down before adding the spices for a rich flavor.
Add cubed paneer and bell peppers to the gravy. Stir gently to coat them in the flavorful sauce and cook for a few minutes to let the flavors blend together.
Allow the Kadai Paneer to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add a little water if the gravy gets too thick. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a pinch of kasuri methi. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice for a satisfying meal everyone will love!
